St. Vincent de Paul

Emmanuel Conference

Our St. Vincent de Paul Conference helps neighbors in need with practical, immediate assistance so they can maintain stability and dignity. Drawing on the spirit of St. Vincent de Paul, our Vincentian volunteers respond to requests for help with housing, utilities, food, household furnishings, and transportation.

We provide financial assistance with rent and utilities to help families remain in their homes and keep essential services on. Our monthly food pantry is a choice pantry: neighbors select the items they need rather than receiving a pre-packed bag. In addition to serving those who can come in person, we make deliveries to homebound seniors and others who face health or transportation barriers. Food comes primarily from the regional food bank, supplemented by purchased core items when necessary.

We also assist with basic furniture and household goods, accepting gently used donations and securing additional items as needed so that people moving into housing have a place to sit, sleep, and eat.

All of this work is made possible by the generosity of parishioners and the wider community, together with the dedicated time of our Vincentian volunteers. If you or someone you know needs assistance, or if you would like to support this ministry through donations or volunteering, please contact us at (937) 228-2013 and select the menu option for St. Vincent de Paul.
